Courtney Rock 

Courtney Rock is an Alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design. She studied textiles, dyes, and surface design. She works with both digital and traditional mediums to create beautiful pieces and collections. 

Her embellishment work is heavily inspired by nature, greek mythos, and the macabre art style. She aims to take topics that might be considered “ugly” or “uncomfortable” and instead create beautiful, desirable pieces.   

Her pattern work is inspired by both the art nouveau style and the places that she has traveled to, specifically, Japan. By using her personal experiences in her design work she is able to not only immortalize her memories but also share them with others.
